These Terms and Conditions of Use (the “Agreement”) govern your use of The Trinidad and Tobago Coalition of Services Industries (TTCSI) Directory Portal, accessible at https://nsep.ttcsi.org (the “Website”). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Website.

2.1 Business Listings: The Website provides a platform for local businesses from Trinidad and Tobago to list their services free of charge. International businesses from around the world may also list their services for an annual fee of $100 USD.
2.2 Listing Content: By submitting a listing, you warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and content of your listings.
2.3 International Business Fees: International businesses submitting listings are required to pay a $100 USD annual fee. Payment is non-refundable and must be made in full prior to the listing being published.
3. Privacy Policy
Your use of the Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://nsep.ttcsi.com/privacy-policy. By using the Website, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
4. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
