Maxine Attong’s intention is to ignite the leadership spark that resides in each of us, so that together we can bring change to the systems in which we live, play and work. She does this through the creation of bespoke leadership programs, executive coaching, keynotes, organization development consultancies and workshop facilitation for international clients. Attong is a Gestalt-trained Certified Professional Facilitator, PCC level Executive Coach and a Certified Organizational Development and Leadership Specialist, who leverages her 20+ years of organizational excellence as a Certified Professional Accountant. She has led teams in Finance, Strategy and as Chief Operating Officer. She holds a B.Sc. Accounting and an M.Sc. Organizational Development. She is the author of 2 business books- Change or Die – the Business Process Improvement Manual and Lead Your team to Win. She is the producer and host of the radio show/ podcast ‘Leadership Unlearned’, as well as of the TV show ‘Leadership Deprogrammed’. She is the founder of the Global Gestalt Leadership Conference and the Global Gestalt Leadership Experience, founder of the Call to Creativity- Leadership for Professional Women, and Enhance U – Youth Leadership programs. She contributes her time to causes that she believes in. She served as the President of the Human Resources Association of Trinidad and Tobago and is the Finance Chair of the Girl Guides Association of Trinidad and Tobago. .
