With more years behind me than in front, my mission is to help students looking to launch their careers and individuals wanting to switch careers or industry. I have spent over 30 years in the corporate world within the public and private sectors. I have changed jobs over 8 times in 5 different industries. Held permanent and temporary positions and experience toxic and great company cultures. From failures, hardships, sacrifices to supportive colleagues and leaders. I have created a career in coaching to help organisations build people and help people build careers.
