The Trinidad & Tobago Rugby Union (TTRU) is the National Governing Body for the sport of Rugby in Trinidad and Tobago. The TTRU was founded in 1928 and later gained its affiliation to the international body, now known as World Rugby in 1992. The Union is also a member of the regional body governing the sport of rugby, Rugby Americas North (RAN), the Trinidad & Tobago Olympic Committee (TTOC), The Sport Company of Trinidad & Tobago (SporTT) and the Ministry of Sport & Community Development (MSCD).
