The Company originated in January 2000 under the name Allied Business Services Ltd with just one employee, Nicholas Sudan, with the aim of providing accounting, payroll and taxation services to the small to medium sized business sector.
In 2006, it was re-branded as Onestà Consulting Limited, which is Italian for Honesty and Truth, and today has grown to 17 employees and 60 corporate clients under monthly retainer fees as well as a number of non-retainer clients.
In 2013 the Directors of Onestà agreed to focus on a path of strategic growth through partnerships in order to increase the lines of service being offered and to increase the Companys client base.
In 2013, Aptitude Human Resource Consulting Limited was founded through the partnership with Staci-Ann Patrick as we shared her mission and vision to see the realization of Human Resources (HR) becoming an active business partner in the corporate sector of Trinidad & Tobago.
Since then, Aptitude has been able to build an active client base which includes both private and public sector companies.
In April 2015, Onestà Corporate Finance Limited was born through the partnership with Mr. Allan Clayton to focus on providing clients with practical solutions and services to address their business needs in the areas of corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and strategic management.
Most recently, in July 2015, Onestà saw the realization of a partnership with Mr. Craig Camacho, amalgamating Camacho, Boyce and Associates (CB&A) accounting practice into Onestà while maintaining CB&A to continue to offer its audit services.
At this point, Onestàs full suite of services will include accounting outsourcing, taxation compliance, payroll processing, human resource advisory services, corporate finance advisory services, and internal and external audit services.
