There is no charge for listing a property. There will only be a charge if the property is Sold or Rented.
For the Sale of a property the Vendor will pay 6% of the Sale Price
For the Rental of a property the Landlord will pay the equivalent of 1 Month's Rent for a One Year Rental exclusive of any applicable taxes (e.g. VAT) For Rental Contracts over One Year the Rate is One Month's Rent X 1.5 or 2 depending on duration and between 3% and 5% for Long Term Leases
Prospective buyers and tenants have no cost for services unless a specific Representation Agreement is executed.
