No. We are a Care Agency. This means we provide professional elder care in the comfort of the elderly's own home with a team comprising of a Certified Caregiver who renders the home care service and a Registered Nurse who monitors for Key Performance Wellness Indicators.

The service starts with a Registered Nurse conducting a Free Consultation, either online or in person. She does a needs assessment to determine your loved one's unique needs, then designs a plan of care.
Then the Certified Caregiver meets with your loved one and once we have a "comfort match" the service begins and the certified caregiver renders the service guided by the plan of care
The Registered Nurse monitors for wellness intermittently, because the elderly can be fragile in their golden years.

Yes, our flagship course is titled - Fundamentals of Geriatric Care. It follows the CVQ Occupational Standard CCCSA20015 Allied Health - Patient Care Assistant Level 2.
The course is 4 months long and culminates with 200 contact hours O.J.T. experience at a reputable nursing home.
Successful applicants are automatically enrolled in our Care Agency for continuous job opportunities.

Services include activities of daily living such as assistance with personal hygiene, grooming, feeding, mobility needs, elimination needs among others.
The Nice Us Caregiver will do light laundry and after care of surroundings for the client and accompany them on appointments such as outpatient clinic, doctor visit, dental etc.
