Just Natural Organic Cannellini Beans 500g

Organic Cannellini Beans are smooth, mild white beans best known from Italian cooking — minestrone, pasta e fagioli, and simple beans-on-toast dressed with olive oil and garlic. Their creamy texture and gentle flavour also make them a good base for blended dips and soups when you want something less assertive than chickpeas. Like most dried beans, they need soaking for at least eight hours, or overnight, before simmering until tender. Certified organic, vegan and gluten-free, with no added sugar, they're an easy way to add plant protein and fibre to soups, stews and salads. Once cooked, they'll keep in the fridge for a few days, making them handy for meal prep. Store the dried beans in an airtight container in a cool, dry cupboard.
