Functionality:

• Full flat top roof rack
• Accessories are attached to the cross bars using 28mm x 62mm U-Shaped Brackets or drill directly through the cross bars and mount your accessories with nut and bolt. U shaped brackets can be found on Amazon by clicking here
• Use for hauling long bars of metal or lumbar, mattresses, etc
• Mount Roof Top Tents
• Mount accessories such as 5-gallon water jugs, rotopax, propane tanks, shovels, axes, traction boards, cargo boxes, high-lift jacks, skii's, snowboards, canoes, surf boards etc
• Or don't place anything up there and leave it clean cause it looks just too dam good

Construction:

• Side rails are 10-gauge dimpled steel plate with two cut outs for 6" x x 1.5" Flush Mount LED lights and 8- ratchet strap hook attachment points
• dimpled holes to add rigidity 
• Light-bar mounting hole in the front for 45" Lightbar using 1" stainless steel spacers (not included, readily available on amazon)
• Six cross bars made from 1" x 2" rectangle tubes with .095 wall thickness
• 600 lbs static load capacity. 300lbs dynamic weight
• Bolt on application mounts to factory rail mounting points.  No Drilling.
• Minimal wind noise, very comfortable
• Sunroof still opens and tilts
• Arrives Bare steel - painting required

• Side rails can be higher. Standard design shows side rails almost flush with the cross rails. If you would like the cross rail to stay at their current location and raise the side rails higher, we can custom cut that for you.
