Randall Douglas is the Chief Consultant and owner of Ingenuity Business Development. Ingenuity Business Development is a consulting company involved in assisting businesses to grow and realise their opportunities. Mr. Douglas started Ingenuity in 2008 and over the last decade, has been able to train over 1600 persons, create over 150 plans and conduct over 60 workshops. Mr. Douglas brings with him 14 years of strong corporate experience in Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing, Export Management and General Management. His work experience is diverse and rooted in Global Best Practice Standards. He has senior management experience at Global Best Practice leading companies such as: • Unilever Caribbean, Coca—Cola (Caribbean Bottlers), Nestle Trinidad Limited His experience is also enhanced by a clear understanding of the local business management practices, through such local companies such as: • Trinidad Publishing Company Ltd (TPCL), Alstons Marketing Company Ltd (AMCO) In addition to being a University of the West Indies St. Augustine Graduate with a Bsc. In Industrial Management and a proud alumni of Queens Royal College, and has formal training in Customer Management Best Practice, Change Management Training, Traditional Trade Management, and Advanced Brand Communication. He is also a past facilitator with CARIRI’s Centre for Enterprise Development’s Business Incubator and Hatchery Programmes; currently sits on the AMCHAM Business Incubation Committee and has worked with many clients via exporTT; and the IBIS mentorship programme as a workshop facilitator and mentor. He is also a Director of Youth Business Trinidad and Tobago( (YBTT). He is also a devoted husband, proud father and has a strong extended family unit and circle of friends.
