This is done via the various coaching and training solutions offered. We offer Hospitality Assured coaching and other business focused coaching, mainly to hospitality operations and restaurants.

Our main focus is on training and we offer a range of training programmes. These programmes include our signature “Introduction to Purchasing & Cost Control” programme, Supervisory Management, Customer Service and Service Recovery programmes. We also design and facilitate bespoke training programmes.
